Den 8 oktober 2024 bjuder vi in er leverantörer för en träff i Stockholm, tillsammans med representanter från program Tvärförbindelse Södertörn.
Welcome to a supplier meeting with the Södertörn Crosslink Project
On October 8, 2024, we would like to invite you to a morning together, where you as a supplier will have the opportunity to meet and talk with representatives from the the Södertörn Crosslink Project about upcoming procurements.
This meeting focuses on conversations and the Swedish Transport Administration's investment in becoming suppliers' first choice. We want to present what upcoming procurements the project has in the next few years, what different challenges it entails and the deals that the procurements will result in.
During this meeting we hope to be able to interest your company in our projects various business opportunities and that this can lead to a future collaboration.
We promise useful information for you as a supplier. It´s also an opportunity to meet both our organisation/colleagues and clients/contractors within the industry.
Program
09.00 – 09.20 Check-in and coffee and breakfast sandwich
09.20 – 09.50 Introduction with project manager Alexandra Stassais Söderblom together with the project's section managers.
09.50 – 12.00 Mini fair and mingle
The morning continues with a mini-fair where you get to meet the project's section managers and project managers. They will be able to talk about the different procurements that are coming, more about what they have to offer and how they think about the future.

Den här träffen fokuserar på samtalet och Trafikverkets satsning på att bli leverantörerna första val. Tillsammans vill vi i Tvärförbindelse Södertörn presentera vilka kommande upphandlingar programmet har de närmaste åren, vilka olika utmaningar det innebär och de affärer som upphandlingarna kommer mynna ut i.
Vi träffas några timmar, då vi hoppas kunna intressera just ditt företag för våra olika affärsmöjligheter och att detta kan leda till ett framtida samarbete.
Vi utlovar användbar information för dig som leverantör och det är dessutom ett tillfälle att möta aktörer och kollegor från beställare till utförare inom branschen.

09.20 - 09.50 Inledning med projektchef Alexandra Stassais Söderblom tillsammans med projektets sektionschefer.
09.50 – 12.00 Minimässa och mingel
Förmiddagen fortsätter med en minimässa där du får möta projektets sektionschefer och projektledare. De kommer kunna berätta om de olika upphandlingar som kommer, mer om vad de har att erbjuda och hur de tänker för framtiden.
