Hotel information

Hotel rooms are reserved and available for conference delegates at several hotels in Luleå. Please note that these rooms are available on a first come first served basis.  Available for stay 17.03.2025 - 18.03.2025

Guest must provide credit card information at the time of booking to guarantee their room.

Payment is made by the guest at the hotel in connection with their stay. The stay can be cancelled upon 7 days before arrival. In case of no-show, the hotel has the right to charge for no show nights.

Last day for booking: Clarion Hotel Sense - February 4th 2026 and Quality Hotel Luleå – February 17th 2026. After this date, accomodation can NOT be guaranteed.
