For two days I am participating in the Platform North forum in Luleå where we are discussing Nordic cooperation in the North with a focus on infrastructure for competitiveness, preparedness and green industrial transition. I am here together with 160 other participants representing infrastructure managers, governmental authorities, regions, business representatives, and academia from Sweden, Norway and Finland.
