How to pay your test
Pay your test in the booking service with Swish or with credit card (VISA or MasterCard), or with Swish directly in the reception. You can also choose to pay by invoice.
Parents or guardians of minors can log in to the booking service to book and pay tests.
If you are under the age of 18
If you are under the age of 18 by the time of your booking, you have to pay the test fee at least 25 hours prior to your test. If you are booking for category AM and A1 for the first time, you also pay the fee for the photograph.
Reschedule your test appointment
Go to the booking service or call customer service on +46 (0)771 - 17 18 19. If you already payed your test, the payment will automatically be moved to the new test time.
Cancel your test appointment
Cancel your test no later than 24 hours prior to your test appointment and your payment will automatically be refunded. If you cancel later, you will need to pay the test fee.
If you get sick
If you get sick, it is important that you cancel your booking. If you show up to your test even though you are sick, you may be refused to take the test.
If you can prove that you have canceled the test due to illness or similar circumstances, you do not need to pay the test fee.
To get a refund, attach a medical certificate to the form and do not forget to fill in:
- your name, personal number and contact information
- why you couldn't take the test
- Which test you were supposed to take
Form to fill in due to sickness or similar circumstances.
If you don't show up to your test appointment
You still have to pay the fee even though you didn't show up to your test appointment. This applies even though you didn't make it in time, e.f. traffic jam or stop in public transport.
If you are not allowed to take the test
There may be reasons of why you are not allowed to take the test. An example can be that you are not able to show us a valid and acceptable identification document, or that a mandatory risk training course no longer is valid. In these cases, you still have to pay the test fee.
