Contract

For contracts, a construction contract (EK) is created, which is included in the tender documents and specifies the contractual terms that will apply to the contract. The document is designed according to the structure of the General Terms and Conditions for Building, Civil Engineering, and Installation Contracts, AB 04, or alternatively, the General Terms and Conditions for Total Contracts regarding Building, Civil Engineering, and Installation Contracts, ABT 06.

For consulting assignments, a corresponding assignment contract (UK) is prepared. This document is designed according to the structure of the General Terms and Conditions for Consulting Assignments within Architecture and Engineering Services, ABK 09.

Administrative Regulations

Trafikverket's administrative regulations (AF) are based on the Administrative Regulations with Advice and Instructions for Construction, Civil Engineering, and Installation Contracts, AMA AF 12, and the Administrative Regulations with Advice and Instructions for Consulting Assignments, AMA AF Konsult 10.
By aligning with AMA AF, fixed texts in AMA AF, codes, and headings are referred to in the object-specific AF.

Descriptions

Descriptions specify the scope of the assignment as well as other conditions and provisions that are not included in the contract or AF. For contracts, Technical Descriptions (TB) are created, which, for execution contracts, align with AMA Construction, and for consulting assignments, Assignment Descriptions (UB) are created.

Object-Specific Measurement and Compensation Rules

These rules specify any changes or additions to MER Construction regarding the measurement and compensation of contract works.

Please note that the texts are not identical to actual procurements. When submitting a tender, no consideration should be given to sample templates.
