In Trafikverket's procurements related to investment and maintenance measures, a model for tender documents is used that aligns with the AMA system.
Trafikverket uses standard contracts developed by the Construction Contract Committee (BKK). However, in some cases, Trafikverket deviates from the fixed provisions in the standard contracts. These deviations are due to the unique operations that Trafikverket carries out and our specific mandate. The deviations are thus limited in scope and must always be well justified.
