Documents for procurement

The Swedish Transport Administration’s tender enquiry documents consist of administrative requirements, specifications, object-specific measurement and remuneration regulations (for contract works), requirement documents and the contract.

Contract (EK, UK)

For the purpose of contract works, a contract agreement (EK) is drawn up, which is included in the tender enquiry documents and stipulates the terms and conditions of contract that will apply for the assignment. The document is designed on the basis of the structure of General Conditions of Contract for Building and Civil Engineering Works and Building Services, AB 04, or alternatively on General Conditions of Turnkey Contract for Building and Civil Engineering Works and Building Services, ABT 06.

In the case of consulting assignments, an assignment contract (UK) is drawn up in the same way. This document is based on the structure for General Conditions of Contract for Consulting Agreements for Architectural and Engineering Assignments, ABK 09.

Administrative Requirements (AF)

The Swedish Transport Administration's Administrative Requirements (AF) concur with Guidance for the Preparation of Particular Conditions for Building and Civil Engineering Works and Building Services, AMA AF 12, and Administrative Requirements with Guidance for the Preparation of Particular Conditions for Building and Civil Engineering Works and Building Services, AMA AF Konsult 10. Now, the Swedish Transport Administration's AF also contains preconditions, regulations and forms for procurement and the submission of tenders in accordance with AMA AF.

By linking to AMA AF, reference is made to permanent texts in AMA AF in that codes and headings are given in the object-specific AF.

Specifications (TB, UB)

As an additional part of the tender enquiry documents, descriptions are drawn up that specify the scope of the assignment as well as other preconditions and regulations that are not apparent from the contract or administrative requirements (AF). For the purpose of contract works, technical specifications (TB) are drawn up that concur with AMA Anläggning 10 and, for consulting assignments, assignment specifications (UB) shall be drawn up.

Object-specific measurement and remuneration regulations

These regulations specify any changes and additions to MER Anläggning concerning the measurement and remuneration of contract works.
