Here you find the common environmental requirements to be met in construction contracts procured by the cities of Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö.
The requirements are based on an agreement on common requirements and focus on reducing the environmental and climate impact in construction contracts. Certain requirements can also be used for consultants, for example in design. In addition to the common requirements, there may also be site- and object-specific requirements. These are stated in the tender specifications.
The cities of Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö and the Swedish Transport Administration have a joint guidance to the requirements. Templates and supporting documents are not mandatory, but can be used if the client does not demand the use of specific templates. Other cities or municipalities can favourably use the requirements in their procurements and refer to the guidance if this is accepted by the respective committee and/or city council.
