Effects of employment requirements

It is difficult to judge exactly how many jobs it is possible to create, since the demands are completely new for the sector.

Trafikverket's requirements will vary depending on how personnel-intensive a project is, and the nature of the safety requirements and competence demands that are made in the project. The requirements will be drawn up on the basis of an internal guideline, in dialogue between the project management and the purchasing department. An initial calculation indicates that the employment measures will result in a total of 200-1500 trainee posts and appointments per year.
