Delivery conditions ABM 07
Conditions according to ABM 07 apply to all purchases from the Swedish Transport Administration, except when purchasing used material from the Swedish Transport Administration. Then a one-year guarantee and liability period applies.
Delivery terms
Delivery terms Delivered unloaded to the Purchaser (LOK) are the basic option for all deliveries. LOK is based on delivery terms for the construction industry intended for procurement with ABM 07.
