Invitation to Market Dialogue for Contract TSE401 Vårdkasen Interchange and its Preparatory Works

The Swedish Transport Administration (Trafikverket) wishes to engage in a dialogue with the market regarding the division of the main contract into one or more
preparatory works, compensation models, collaboration, and how and when the various procurements should be published.

Individual dialogue meetings in January 2025

In January 2025, during weeks 4 and 5, we invite you as a contractor to individual dialogue meetings regarding the contracts for the Vårdkasen interchange.

The meetings will be held at our office at Solna Strandväg 98. The purpose of the dialogues is to provide information about the contracts, the contract model, and the procurement process, as well as to gather the market’s perspective of important issues for the upcoming procurement of these contracts.

Market dialogues are not part of the upcoming procurement process, and participation in the market dialogues will not affect the ability to submit a bid in the upcoming procurement.

The results of the market dialogues will be published in anonymized form on the program's website before the procurement is announced. The procurement is currently expected to be announced in Q3 2027.

things:

• Presentation of the contracts
• Procurement
  - Division of the contract
  - Compensation model
  - Collaboration model
  - Publication of pre-qualification and tender documentation
• Risk allocation

About Södertörn Crosslink and the contract TSE 401 Vårdkasen Interchange

The Södertörn Crosslink will run between E4/E20 at Vårby Backe in Kungens Kurva, Huddinge Municipality, to Road 73 at the Jordbro interchange in Haninge Municipality. This twenty-kilometer-long, non-intersectingmotor traffic route will feature three tunnels, a loadbearing capacity for the heaviest freight transport, and a separate pedestrian and bicycle path along the entire transport route.

TSE401 Vårdkasen Interchange

The total contract for TSE401, Vårdkasen Interchange, includes, along with any preparatory works, the construction of an interchange in three levels, where the
crosslink will be located beneath the existing Huddingevägen road and the main railway line. Additionally, the project includes the construction of a temporary railway for four tracks (to be carried out as a separate construction contract), as well as a bicycle path, each approximately 1 km long. Furthermore, various utility works will need to be carried out.
