Invitation to early market dialogue for procurements of Installation Contracts

During January and February 2025, we invite you, as a supplier, to individual dialogue meetings regarding our upcoming installation contracts for the Södertörn Crosslink Project.

The purpose of the dialogues is to inform suppliers about upcoming procurements and to gather market perspectives on the project’s challenges regarding, for example contractual split of content, contract terms, technical solutions, and compensation forms. Through these dialogues, we aim to create a better understanding of the market’s needs and conditions to secure access to the right skills and resources, which is crucial for the project’s success.

About the Södertörn Crosslink project

The Södertörn Crosslink will connect E4/E20 at Vårby Backe in Kungens Kurva, Huddinge Municipality, to road 73 at the Jordbro interchange in Haninge Municipality. The twenty-kilometer-long, meeting-free motor traffic route will have three tunnels, bearing capacity for the heaviest freight transport, and separate pedestrian and bicycle path along the entire transport route.

About the installation project

The Installation Project includes the design, assembly, and commissioning of the program’s technical systems in tunnels and on surface roads. These technical systems are a central part of the future function of the motor traffic route and ensure that road users can travel safely and efficiently, and that the Swedish Transport Administration can perform effective maintenance throughout the facility’s entire lifecycle.

The technical systems within the Installation project are divided into the
following subsystems:

  • Monitor and Control Systems
  • Telecommunication Systems
  • ITS Systems
  • Power Supply Systems incl. UPS
  • Lighting Systems, Water and
  • Wastewater Systems
  • IT System, Radio Systems
  • Firefighting Systems
  • HVAC and Tunnelventilation


Content of the Market Dialogue

The meeting is expected to last approximately 1.5 hours and will include, among other topics:

  • Presentation of the Installation project
  • Overview of the project’s needs and scope
  • Project timeline
  • Project challenges
  • Procurement process

Please note, the market dialogues are not part of the forthcoming procurement process, and participation in the dialogue will not affect the ability to submit a tender
for the upcoming procurement.
