The Network Statement 2024 describes the railway network in Sweden managed by Trafikverket during 2024. It is valid from December 10th 2023 to December 14th 2024.

Section 3.4.2 Staff acceptance and Annex 3 B Governing documents have been updated due to a new version of TDOK 2013:0657.
Section 5.4.1 Provision of traction current has been updated, where the railway undertakings have the option to choose if they want buy traction current with or without guarantees of origin.
Section 7.3.4 Marshalling yards and train formation facilities, Section 7.3.4.5 Access conditions, has been updated with information on requirements of completed emergency status plan training for railway yards with an established emergency status plan.
Annex 7 A Available infrastructure for holding has been updated.

Annex 1 A Contacts, Section 5.7 has been updated.
Annex 3 B Governing documents has been updated with a new version of TDOK 2023:0120.
Section 4.8.2.1 Revision of the annual timetable has been updated with information regarding that adjusted train paths are offered no later than four months before the adjusted train path will operate, regardless of train type.
Section 5.3.5 Charging system for minimum access package (train path) has been updated with an exception for re-routing of train journeys within stations with station parts.
Section 5.6.1 Reservation charge is temporarily 0 SEK during the annual timetable 2024.
Section 5.7.1.3 Cancellation charge for trains cancelled at short notice, double-direction model is temporarily 0 SEK during the annual timetable 2024.
Section 5.7.1.4 Cancellation charge for cancelled trains, single-direction model is temporarily 0 SEK during the annual timetable 2024.
Annex 6 C Safety in track area, Section 2 has been updated.
Section 7.3.4.6 Allocation of service has been updated under the title Train formation services at Hagalund station.
