As a supplier, will I need to structure Kommers before migrating of contracts from CTM is performed?
As a supplier, you create your own accounts based on your needs, which can be done independently of when migration is performed.
Will Kommers Annons contact us or do we need to get in touch with them before the move?
As a supplier, you create your own new accounts in the Swedish Transport Administration’s supplier portal. The Swedish Transport Administration does not use the Kommers Annons service, as the operation of the Administration’s supplier portal takes place in-house. Primona AB is however responsible for supporting the Swedish Transport Administration’s suppliers.
We have a number of active agreements in CTM; will these be transferred to Kommers? In which account in Kommers will the agreements be placed?
When migrating agreements from CTM to Kommers, existing data and files that we have in CTM are transferred. Among other things, this means that the e-mail address used today in CTM for the invitation to renewed competitive tenders will have the same function in Kommers. In CTM, this information is referred to in conjunction with the name of the "main contact person of the supplier". If the e-mail address is not registered with an account in Kommers, there will be a message in the e-mail on the invitation to a renewed competitive tender that the account is missing and that the supplier should create one. If information about the contact person or e-mail address linked to a particular agreement needs to be changed, contact the agreement manager at the Swedish Transport Administration. Until migrating is completed, all active agreements vill be available in CTM. Requests for renewed competitive tenders will be sent to more email addresses than the “main contact person at the supplier” if these are specified in CTM.
What will happen to inquiries issued via TransQ?
Integration with TransQ will be structured in the same way as in CTM. Inquiries will be sent to the email address Kommers receives from TransQ. Tender documentation is only available via the invited email addresses.
What happens to completed ESPDs in CTM; will they be transferred or should we create new ones in Kommers?
Kommers supports the management and uploading of complete ESPDs. You will need to create new ones in Kommers, which you can do directly in the supplier portal.
How are permissions controlled in Kommers?
Each account owns its data and is administered by the account holder. Functionality for group company accounts is missing in Kommers, development is ongoing.
What will happen to ongoing tenders started before the migration but that are to be submitted afterwards; should they be submitted in CTM or Kommers?
All announced procurements in CTM, including renewed competition tenders, will be concluded there – we will not change systems during a procurement period.
