Market dialogues regarding contract TSE301, The Södertörn crosslink project
In october, the Swedish Transport Administration invites you to individual dialogues regarding procurement of TSE301, the Kästa interchange. The aim is to inform and be aware of the market's perspective before future procurement.
In October 2024, during week 42 and 43, we invite contractors to individual dialogue meetings regarding the procurement of TSE301. The meetings take place at our office in Solna.
The intention of these dialogues is to inform potential contractors about the upcoming contracts, the contract form and the procurement process. We would also appreciate the market’s perspective on critical issues ahead of the upcoming procurement.
The dialogues are not part of future procurements and participation does not affect the opportunities to submit tenders in future procurements.
The results of the dialogues will be published in anonymised form on the program's website in good time before the invitation to tender, currently estimated at Q2 2026.

The meeting is estimated to take approximately 1.5 hours and will include, among other things:
- Presentation of the contract
- Technical problems
- Risk management
- Procurement

About the program and TSE301
The Södertörn crosslink project stretches between E4/E20 at Vårby Backe in Kungens Kurva, Huddinge municipality, to road 73 at the Jordbro interchange in Haninge Municipality. The two-mile-long road with separate lanes will have three tunnels with carrying capacity for the heaviest freight transports and a separate pedestrian and bicycle path along the entire transport route.
TSE301 Kästa interchange
Design and built contract TSE301, Kästa interchange, comprises, overall, a surface-facing expressway, an overhead roundabout with ramps and connections to local roads, a number of structures such as bridges, pumping stations, water and sewage systems and noise barriers. At the Kästa interchange, it is also included to build a pedestrian and bicycle path along the new road route.
