Market dialogues regarding contract TSE202, The Södertörn crosslink project

In April 2024, during week 15 and 16, we invite contractors to individual digital dialogue meetings regarding the procurement of TSE202.

The intention of these dialogues is to inform potential contractors about the upcoming contract, the contract form and the procurement process. We would also appreciate the market’s perspective on critical issues ahead of the upcoming procurement.

The dialogues are not part of future procurements and participation does not affect the opportunities to submit tenders in future procurements.

The results of the dialogues will be published in anonymised form on the program's website in good time before the invitation to tender.

The dialogues will be at the Swedish Transport Administration's office in Solna at the address Solna strandväg 98. If it is not possible to participate on site, we offer digital meeting.

About the program and TSE202

The Södertörn crosslink project stretches between E4/E20 at Vårby Backe in Kungens Kurva, Huddinge municipality, to road 73 at the Jordbro interchange in Haninge Municipality. The two-mile-long road with separate lanes will have three tunnels with carrying capacity for the heaviest freight transports and a separate pedestrian and bicycle path along the entire transport route.

TSE202, Interchange Masmo

TSE202 mainly consists of a traffic area with an associated surface road, approx. 1,200 meters. The construction includes a number of larger concrete structures, including an echo duct approx. 5,000 square meters, two bridges over the Södertörn crosslink and a 90 meter long concrete culvert. It also contains several local roads, wiring rerouting, purification plant and engineering buildings. The construction stretches
along the current Glömstavägen and Botkyrkaleden between Myrstuguberget and Häggstavägen, within Huddinge municipality.

Estimated value

The value of the contract is estimated at € 120 million.
