Registration Vision Zero Conference

Registration fees
The registration fee for delegates includes:
- Access to the programme during the conference
- All meals and coffee breaks during the conference
- Conference material
- Dinner (and transports to/from dinner) on Monday June 26.
Registration Fee (excluding 25%VAT) SEK 7 900
All prices quoted are in Swedish Kronor (SEK).
Cancellation of registration
The possibility for cancellation was closed on April 25th, but if you cannot attend, your registration is transferable to another member of your organisation without any cost. Please inform deltagarhantering@svenskamoten.se, as soon as possible to whom your registration should be transferred to, in order to be able to print the correct name on the name badge.
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to deltagarhantering@svenskamoten.se
If your reservation goes to no show, i.e. you never cancelled or arrived at the conference, you will be charged for the total amount of your registration.
If you are entitled to a refund - all refunds will be made after the conference.
Payment
When you register via the link, you will get an invoice in SEK and all the invoicing details to be able to pay your invoice.
The conference secretariat will not be responsible for identifying funds transferred directly into the account when the name of the participant or invoice number is not mentioned, nor will the conference secretariat accept charges of bank fees associated with the transfer.
Your registration will only be accepted when full payment has been received.
