The Network Statement 2021 describes the railway network in Sweden managed by Trafikverket during 2021. It is valid from December 13th 2020 to December 11th 2021.

New version of Appendix 3 C Station security – Ljung and Fristad become remotely controlled from week 29, 2020.
New version of Appendix 3 E HPS per line – changes on the section (Ånge)-(Sundsvall central).
Appendix 5 A, Section 2.4 is supplemented with information on the responsibility of all actors in the exchange of information for stops for replacement traffic.
Section 6.3.2.7, for the service Recovery vehicle for clearance of railway vehicles a charge will be levied from 1 November 2020.
Appendix 7 D Routines in the event of evacuation and clearance has been expended with information on a checklist that shall be used prior to a clearance.

New version of Annex 3 A Available infrastructure sidings – uppdated information on holdings in Luleå and Lindesberg, and barrier-free length in Kattarp.
Annex 3 C Station security – operational point Åseda in category D has been removed.
New version of Annex 3 D Track standard data – Örbyhus-Hallstavik changes in traffic control system.
Section 4.8.3.2 Weather- and season-related contingency plans – the table in the section has been updated.
Section 5.4.3.1 Transport conditions and transport permits for exceptional transports – additional information under the title Transport conditions.
Changes in Kapacitetsplan (capacity plan) Karlsberg-Ulriksdal (see TRV 2019/116384 under the title “Övriga dokument”).

Correction Annex 4 D Capacity requirements - Section 3.6.2 additional paragraph at the end, to correctly reflect the Swedish publication.
Section 6.2 Charging system - the word axle load has been corrected to mean axle load in the list with charges
Correction Section 6.3.2.4 Long-term holding, SEK 3 per commenced day, not hour, to correctly reflect the Swedish publication.
Section 6.3.1.1 Track charge - table has been supplemented with STAX classes for passenger traffic
Section 6.3.3.1 Provision of electricity - table 6.13 and Annex 6 C Calculation example electricity cost - table 4 has been supplemented with more locomotive types and updated loss surcharge
Section 6.5.6 Request for a reassessment of the Swedish Transport Administration's cause code - the process has been extended and a dispute resolution process regarding coding in the performance scheme has been added
Section 7.11 Liability for economic damage - extended deadline for requesting compensation.
